Transparency

Registration

• The data provided during the registration process must be accurate, up-to-date and truthful.


• It is not allowed to register VAT numbers for which no authorisation has been obtained.

Platform

• The information provided by the user must be accurate, up to date and truthful.


• The answers provided by the user when filling in the questionnaires must reflect reality and be provided in full transparency. The report that will be generated is based on what is self-declared by the client.


• Ecomate carries out spot checks. We may ask each customer to provide evidence of what is stated on our portal.

Collective Responsibility

• Users must adopt transparent, sustainable and responsible behaviour towards all other users of the platform.


• Users must report anomalous behaviour of other users if the terms of the service and/or this code of conduct are not respected.
