Ecomate S.R.L. is an ESG Rating Agency/ESG Rating Provider (ESGRP) registered with the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) pursuant to Article 5 of Regulation (EU) 2024/3005, effective August 13, 2026, following the notification submitted on July 2, 2026.
Ecomate S.R.L. It is subject to the direct supervision of ESMA, which may also exercise its powers in cooperation with the competent national authority, CONSOB (Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa).
